When people we love leave us, we look for clues. The last sunny day was 12/21, the day he passed, the first sunny day back was 1/20, the day we celebrated him.
Simple exercise for me, every thought that comes into my brain, push it into 2 categories, is this love or fear?
There is nothing better than having a debt, of gratitude, because it means I owe someone something for loving me, for being kind to me, for thinking of me. My new definition of “debt of gratitude” is simply the reciprocity of appreciation.
I’m feeling like its Christmas, I’m Santa, and I want to see the kids come down the stairs to see the gifts I’ve bestowed upon them. Santa/SuperDad is in the house.
